Do not waste your money booking an event at Common Point Pool under this current administration. Paying hundreds of dollars to be publicly disrespected, berated, and cheated by management is completely unacceptable. Christina and Sierra ran our party with blatant hostility and total negligence. Christina attempted to enforce hidden, unwritten fees on the spot and threw a disgraceful, loud argument in front of my guests and other families when I challenged her fabricated rules. The condescending way she spoke down to us was insulting and blatantly biased. Meanwhile, Sierra—the person paid to oversee our event—completely abandoned us, never said a word to our group, and clocked out early. I refused to cancel only because I didn't want to ruin my daughter's day, but being treated like second-class citizens after paying full price was unacceptable. The previous staff ran this facility with care, but the current management is a complete disgrace. From start to finish, management attempted to squeeze extra money out of us using made-up rules that appear nowhere in the written contract. When I stood up against Christina's false charges, she threw a rude, aggressive scene in full view o

Have you ever tried to get in touch with a business and been completely ignored? For over a month, I have been trying to contact Commonpoint Pool. I called multiple times, left numerous voicemail messages, submitted a contact form through their website, and eventually even obtained the director's email address and sent an email directly. Despite all of these efforts, I never received a response from anyone. I understand that organizations can be busy, but a simple acknowledgment or return call would have been appreciated. The lack of communication has been extremely disappointing and made it impossible to get the information I needed. Very frustrating experience.

I signed up my kid for swimming classes on Sunday mornings from late July through August. I wanted to extend the lessons and have asked managers in person, called and emailed for WEEKS with no response. It's literally always "we'll get back to you", "someone will call you" and still nothing. They advertise private lessons but clearly don't have the organization or capacity to actually schedule them. What a shame as they are loosing money.

We had my daughter’s 10 Birthday party at Tannenbaum Family Pool. Dina and our lifeguard Maria were amazing. Incredibly helpful and accommodating to our every need. My dd said she had the best birthday ever and a great time was had by everyone.

We had an excellent time at the Commonpoint Tanenbaum pool! Not only was the weather perfect but Dina, Shelby and Mateo were super helpful and so courteous. Shelby was amazing! She took time to get to know Michael to make his birthday party extra special from the moment we arrived until the end of the party with playing with the kids and accommodating our families at the party. She played with the children and kept them safe. Mateo was helpful with set up, clean up, serving and just taking care of any requests. The children and families had a wonderful time enjoying the pool facility and even considered purchasing a membership for next year. I also noticed that the lifeguards were very attentive to all the pool members and made sure they were safe. Thank you also to Dina, one of the managers, who guided me through the whole event and made it a smooth process. She said we were going to have a great time and we really did! She was right!! The only concern was dealing with possible thunderstorms in the weather predictions but that’s always something to deal with when having an outdoor party. I would definitely have another event at the Commonpoint Queens Tanenbaum Pool! Thank you
